Discrimination matters include:

- Sex discrimination and harassment
- Racial discrimination
- Age discrimination
- Discrimination on the basis of sexuality or transgender status
- Direct or indirect discrimination by service providers
- Applications to the Anti-Discrimination Board and the Human Rights Commission.
