We provide free, confidential information, advice and advocacy to tenants living in public and private residential housing in Inner Sydney and parts of Sydney's Inner West and Inner South.
Health Justice Partnership
Our partnership with Sydney Local District Services (SLDS) delivers legal advice to vulnerable people in the hospital setting and trains hospital staff to identify compound legal issues in their patients.
Employment
We offer free, confidential legal information, advice and advocacy on employment related matters, including unfair dismissal, underpayment of wages, general protections and workplace discrimination and bullying.
Money Problems & Consumer Complaints
We offer free, confidential legal information, advice and advocacy for people experiencing money problems or who have consumer complaints. Sometimes money problems don't feel legal but they may have a legal solution.
Financial Abuse Legal Service
We offer free, confidential legal information and advice to people across NSW who have money problems because of their experience of domestic abuse in an intimate partner relationship.
Discrimination & Human Rights
We provide free, confidential legal advice in relation to discrimination complaints, which can include employment-related bullying or sexual discrimination and direct or indirect discrimination by service providers.
International Students
We offer international students in NSW free, confidential, legal information, advice and advocacy on housing problems, fines, debts, car accidents, employment, discrimination, family law, domestic violence, and complaints about colleges of universities. We can also advise about how these problems affect student visas.
Police Complaints
We provide free, confidential legal information, advice and advocacy across NSW about police powers, access to police records and police complaints.
Government Complaints
We provide free, confidential legal information, advice and advocacy across New South Wales regarding freedom of information (Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009), complaints about government departments or health and education providers and more.
