Redfern Legal Centre solicitor Will Dwyer represented Robert Porter when Porter was left with $15,000 in debt when enrolled in a course at a private college by an education broker, who said the course was free and included a laptop computer. Dwyer and Porter were interviews by The Australian as part of the paper's investigation into unscrupulous VET FEE-HELP loans, which sees the vulnerable targeted.
