Redfern Legal Centre's International Student Legal Service NSW gives free, confidential legal advice to international students studying in New South Wales. The International Student Legal Service is independent of the government.

You can speak with one of our experienced solicitors to get free and confidential legal advice about issues including:

  • Housing problems
  • Employment
  • Sexual assault and sexual harassment
  • Complaints about colleges or universities
  • Fines
  • Debts
  • Car accidents
  • Discrimination
  • Family law
  • Domestic violence
  • Migration advice

We can also advise how these problems affect student visas.

The service is funded by Study NSW, a unit of the NSW Government set up to support international students across the state. In-kind support is provided by City of Sydney.
