What is this webinar about?
In NSW, landlords can no longer evict tenants without a valid legal reason. This webinar outlines the new termination rules - applicable to both private landlords and social housing providers - that came into effect on 19 May 2025.
This webinar is valuable for community workers, advocates, and volunteers in fields such as financial counseling, housing services, universities, and community legal centres, and only applies to NSW.
Presenter: Ned Cooke, Team Leader at RLC's Inner Sydney Tenants Advice & Advocacy Service (ISTAAS)
