RLC staff and volunteers with Chinese Community members and Local Member for Sydney, Alex Greenwich.
The event was held at Redfern Town Hall and around 200 members of the Chinese Community attended and participated in a range of lively activities.
RLC provided information about healthy financial management using "Money Management Snakes and Ladders," a game based on RLC casework that invites players to choose between good and bad money management decisions. The game was a great success with the community.
We were lucky to have several Cantonese and Mandarin-speaking volunteers and staff members to help with the event.
