In February 2016 RLC provided a submission to the Fair Trading discussion paper regarding the review of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010. More information about the review and the submission can be read here.
After further discussions with Fair Trading and other organisations about the issues in share housing and possible legislative solutions we have provided an addendum to our submission.
