On 28 March 2018, the Treasury Laws Amendment (Australian Consumer Law Review) Bill 2018 (Cth) was passed and will enact the first suite of proposals of the Australian Consumer Law Review.

RLC's credit, debt and consumer law solicitor, Laura Bianchi has contributed an article to the November 2018 edition of the Law Society Journal, discussing key amendments within the Bill that will benefit vulnerable consumers and provide opportunities for lawyers to protect the interests of these clients.
