This presentation will discuss the various police powers and their limitations in relation to drugs in NSW.
Presenters
Samantha Lee, a lawyer in the police accountability practice at Redfern Legal Centre, will be discussing NSW police powers and drugs with criminal law specialist Justin Wong.
Justin Wong, an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist and founding partner of Streeton Lawyers, has worked as a defence lawyer on some of the most serious and high-profile cases before the courts in recent years. He also has experience prosecuting large drug importation and supply syndicates as well as white-collar fraud offences as a former prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
