“What this bill does is remove the safeguards that protect tenants, (the safeguards) which allow the tribunal to determine an outcome on a case-by-case basis.
What that means is this bill will take away some of the powers the tribunal has at the moment which will affect the most vulnerable social housing tenants and put them at great risk of homelessness.”
