RLC made the call following the death of 16 year old Indigenous boy, Jai Wright, in Sydney after colliding with an unmarked police car.
"We still haven't got the full release of the policy." Ms Lee told 3CR's Marisa.
"The reason why we want it is obviously because of the really heartbreaking and hard to imagine incident of Mr Wright and his family."
"There's been many other cases where police pursuits have resulted in the deaths of those being pursued or bystanders," she said.
"It has a wide impact on many people and obviously some it has a very drastic impact."
