Redfern Legal Centre stands with a coalition of Aboriginal and legal organisations that say a secret proposal to tighten NSW bail laws for children would make NSW regional communities more dangerous. Kingsford Legal Centre, Redfern Legal Centre, Women’s Legal Service NSW and the National Association of Community Legal Centres have today released a comprehensive report #MeToo: Legal Responses to Sexual Harassment at Work.

Today the Federal Government has announced that it will not proceed with the Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Bill, despite recommendations from the Senate enquiry held in January this year.

Today in Sydney public hearings are being held to discuss the Human Rights and Anti-Discrimination Bill. RLC is providing evidence at today's public hearings alongside representatives from the National Association of Community Legal Centres.

A recent report by Redfern Legal Centre and several other organisations, Disability Rights Now was recently submitted to the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
