Speaking to us about these issues will not put your enrolment at risk.
A provider may only cancel a student’s enrolment if:
- a student fails to pay a required course fee for a course in which they have a written agreement to continue
- a student has not met the attendance requirements
- there has been an instance of student misbehaviour.

Redfern Legal Centre recently held a Legal Information Session for international students affected by Australia Institute of Business and Technology accreditation issues.
RLC is aware that a large number of international students have been affected. We are looking at the legal situation and whether students may have any compensation claims against the college.
