RLC in the Media: Briefing for Indian International Students on workplace rights

On 25 August 2017, Redfern Legal Centre was invited to present at a briefing on the working rights of Indian international students.

Hosted by the Consulate General of India's Sydney office, the session was entitled 'Safety and working rights briefing for Indian international students in NSW.'

RLC's International Student Solicitor Sean Stimson presented alongside representatives from StudyNSW, NSW Police, Surf Lifesaving NSW and Fair Work Obudsman. The briefing provided vital information to students about employment rights, followed by an interactive Q&A session.
