We are recruiting for an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander lawyer with 12 months experience to contribute to our innovative and dynamic policing and generalist practices.
- Permanent, full time or part time role;
- Salary and benefits: $98,353 - $104,861 p.a. (pro rata for part time) depending on qualifications and experience.

You will provide information, advice and casework on policing and generalist law issues including police powers, fines, discrimination, victim’s compensation, AVOs, Stolen Generations Reparations, National Redress Scheme, guardianship and government complaints. Our policing and generalist practices work primarily with First Nations clients and clients experiencing disadvantage. You will work with First Nations clients and organisations to identify issues requiring systemic change and undertake policy and law reform, and advocacy to create change.
