Submission: In response to the Telecommunications Ombudsman Scheme Discussion Paper

Given the consistently high level of TIO complaints, it is clear that consumers of telecommunications were unsatisfied with the manner in which the industry was functioning.

Our submission put forward a number of ways in which the TIO's efficacy and efficiency could be improved.

Reforming the TIO will assist to improve consumer confidence in the TIO's services and in the telecommunications industry generally.
