Policing letter templates - CCTV and return of personal property

Below are two letter templates used to: 

• request retainment of CCTV footage
• request return of your personal property held by NSW Police

Letter Template - CCTV Retention (non-police)

This letter template can be used to request that a third party (e.g. pub, shop or private property) retain CCTV footage that may provide evidence for your complaint

This letter template helps identify information that you should include when requesting NSW Police return your property.
