The Koori Vaccination Clinic opened in September 2021 at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence before moving to the Old Redfern Post Office and then to Redfern Town Hall offering free walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots.
This free community health service run by Sydney Local Area Health District administered more than 15,000 vaccinations in just over six months of operation. The service ceased operations in April 2022.
