We are pleased to see that matters RLC considers necessary to provide access to justice, particularly for unrepresented litigants, have been recognised and included within the recommendations. The next question is who will be appointed to the expert panel and what process of consultation they will follow.

Redfern Legal Centre notes that its submission to the Standing Committee on Law and Justice on the opportunities to consolidate tribunals in NSW was referred to a number of times in the final report released on 22 March 2012.
