Presented by Kingsford Legal Centre, this session focuses on giving advice about minor criminal and traffic offences in the Local Court and preparing clients for court appearances. The session also looks at the role of the Legal Aid duty lawyer.

Facilitated by Redfern Legal Centre, this session covers the general and specific protections of the Australian Consumer Law and the conduct of consumer matters in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Thursday 5 September – Motor vehicle accidents: property damage and personal injury
Marrickville Legal Centre provides an overview of the law relating to motor vehicle accidents focusing on claims relating to property damage, and train solicitors on advising clients about this issues.
Monday 5 November – Fines
Inner City Legal Centre presents a session on giving advice to clients who seek leniency with Revenue NSW or to challenge fines through the court process.
