The next session for hearing evidence is scheduled for Tuesday, May 13th, at 10:00 AM.
Justice Dina Yehia will be presiding over the hearing.
The class action, filed in July 2022, challenges the lawfulness of thousands of strip searches conducted by NSW Police at music festivals between July 2016 and 2022.
The hearing, which was originally scheduled for two weeks, has now been shortened to five days after the State withdrew all witnesses.
Individuals who were strip-searched at a music festival can still register for the class action.
